Responsible for the timely and friendly greeting and seating of guests. Greets guests upon arrival with a smile. Thanks guests upon departure with a smile and a sincere invitation to return. Responsible for the accurate and efficient tendering of guest checks. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Updates daily specials and menus for marquis. Responsible for ensuring all guests get appropriate, clean menu.
Maintains a high level of customer service and correct operational procedures. Aids guests in any and every way possible. Informs management of any unsatisfied guests in a timely fashion. Tenders all transactions correctly and efficiently. Attends meetings as required. Must work with others as a team. Must exhibit friendly and positive attitude. Establishes and maintains effective communications with co-workers, supervisors and guests. Works with management to help develop improved standards of cleanliness, customer service and procedures. Adheres to proper sanitation procedures at all times. Provide attentive, cheerful, courteous and professional service to all customers, both internal and external, striving to always exceed their expectations
Previous high volume food and beverage experience preferred. Previous cashier experience preferred.
Must possess good math skills. Must be outgoing and sincerely like people with very good communications skills. Must possess good organizational skills. Ability to understand and comply with company and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Must be neat and tidy in appearance. Must be reliable and honest. Ability to work flexible schedules. Must work well with others. Must be guest focused. Must be friendly courteous and professional at all times. Will be required to complete and pass pre-employment drug testing. Native American preferred.
