| Description: | Promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest caliber customer service to all patrons/employees. Responsible for the cleanliness of all public areas according to highest standard of cleanliness. |
| Duties: | To clean all areas as assigned to included but not limited to gaming floor, banquet areas, meeting rooms, public restrooms, offices, and cubicle areas. May be required to assist in the hotel as directed. Provide attentive, cheerful, courteous and professional service to all customers, both internal and external, striving to always exceed their expectations. |
| Qualifications: | Ability to deal with guests in a friendly manner while providing service and information, and contact Supervisor when unable to fully handle guest needs. Clean assigned areas including restrooms, offices cubicle, meeting rooms, lounges, theater, and corridors. Ability to communicate orally or written at a level necessary to read and follow instructions. Ability to learn specific job duties and complete work assignments. Must be able to identify unsafe practices or conditions by observation. Good public relation skills. Ability to perform all functions trained in accordance with Kewadin Casino’s policies and procedures. Will be required to complete and pass pre-employment drug testing. Native American Preferred. |
